elpa-let-alist software package provides let-bind values of an assoc-list by their names in Emacs Lisp, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-let-alist
elpa-let-alist is installed in your system.
